What we do

The field staff is responsible for maintaining safe and reliable natural gas service to our members.

This includes but is not limited to:

· Gas leak detection
· Carbon monoxide detection
· Meter maintenance
· Line locating
· Gas balancing
· RMO (regulate, meter and odorize) station inspection and repairs
· Odorant checks
· New infill construction
· Cathodic protection maintenance

RATES

Monthly Operation Charge: $28.00 (Standard/Residential)

Variable Cost: $1.40 per Gigajoule

Gas Rate: As per wholesale gas cost

Federal Fuel Charge: $4.10 per Gigajoule (Increases Yearly)

Urban Service Installation: $3,600

Rural Service Installation: $7,500

Service Person (per hour): $80.00

Service Person – Non Customer: $110.00

Mileage: $1.00 per kilometer

PENALTIES AND OTHER CHARGES

NSF Charge: $20.00

Delivery of Disconnect Notice: $50

Disconnect: $50

Reconnect: $50

Billing Arrears: 2% per Month

Meter Removal / Reinstall: $75

Print and Mail Bill Fee: $2.00
