GAS UTILITY OPERATOR

Our team is seeking a Gas Utility Operator. This individual will be responsible for various operations of the gas co-ops utility system. Reporting to the Field Supervisor, the Gas Utility Operator is responsible for maintaining and operating all natural gas facilities and equipment in order to safely supply reliable, ample and clean natural gas to the franchise area. Our franchise area spans three counties: Brazeau, Leduc and Wetaskiwin County #10. The successful candidate must be willing to relocate to our Specified area.

Qualifications:
➢Valid Gas Utility Operator Certificate
➢Journeyman Gasfitter is an asset
➢Knowledge in RMO Station Operations
➢Valid class 5 Alberta Motor Vehicle Operator’s License
➢Mechanically inclined
➢Experience in gas distribution preferred
➢Must be able to participate in on-call rotation
